According to MarketWatch.com Quinstreet has purchased CarInsurance.com for $49.7 Million.

The Press release reads QuinStreet purchased all outstanding shares of CarInsurance.com, Inc. and related entities for $49.7 million in cash.

This is not just a domain name sale but I will be happy to hear from anybody who thinks so for the pure entertainment of it all.
